Ok, first of all before we start to cut trees, we need an axe.
It doesnt matter what kind of axe you wield... because all axes cut at the same speed. If you race bronze with a dragon axe, both are gonna be tied... so just buy any kind of axe you want.
Now you have the axe. Now I will tell you what kind of trees you can cut and where you can find them. And the price of the logs
Level 1-14 woodcutting, you can cut Normal trees-Can be found at varrock, near general store there are 3 Normal trees there.
Level 15-29 woodcutting, you can cut Oak trees-Can be found in varrock near the "Squire" there is only one near the "Squire".
Level 30-44 woodcutting, you can cut Willow trees-Can be found near the agility arena. (go to magebook, go to edgeville, then near the bank there is a pirate, talk to pirate, you will be at agility arena, from agility arena, find an icon on the little map, thats like a tree. near that is 1 willow tree.
Level 45-59 woodcutting, you can cut Maple trees-Can be found at catherby,(open magebook, tele to catherby, walk east... and keep walking till you see an icon with a tree on your little map
Level 60-74 woodcutting, you can cut Yew trees-Can be found at varrock, near the church, which is near the varrock wildy. There is 1 yew tree only.
Level 75-99 woodcutting, you can cut Magic trees-Can be found near the agility arena. (go to magebook, go to edgeville, then near the bank there is a pirate, talk to pirate, you will be at agility arena, from agility arena, find an icon on the little map, thats like a tree. near that is 1 Magic tree.
Magic trees are the last tree you can cut in 99 woodcutting process. I dont know how much each invo of a certain kind of a tree gives, I will post that later. And I will post pictures later!!
Normal logs : 20k each
Oak logs : 25 - 30k each
Willow logs : 40k each
Maple logs : 50-60k each
Yew logs : 70-85k each
Magic logs : 100-140k each
It takes a little bit of time to get to 99 if your gonna get to 99.
