ok ok, its actually one of my easiest skills i have done... well its the easiest 
lol
Level 1 to 30 defence, train on the rock crabs, they give very good xp, and i think pretty much anyone can kill rock crabs (go to mage book, monster tele, then press on rock crabs)
Level 30 to 60 defence train on hill giants, they give better exp that rock crabs. and atleast be a level 30 to kill hill giants|moss giants. (go to mage book, monster tele, then island)
Level 60 to 80 defence train on barrows, they give really really good exp, and it will be fast when u get 80, maybe 30 mins? to get to 80. (go to mage book, mini games tele, then press barrows, the one top left corner... atleast be level 75 to go to barrows, and watch out for veracs! he hits 20's on me. and on Ahrims u need to be atleast 37 pray because u need to pray magic when u fight ahrims, he hits high READ READ READ(if u cant see barrow brothers, go on top of hills and get a spade and dig on top of the hills!! READ READ READ
Level 80 to 90 defence train on green dragons, they give very good exp. and good drops like d legs. it might take about 1 hour to get to 90. talk to squire and he will say "do you want to go to the green dragons?" press yes, and WATCH OUR FOR PKERS
Level 90 to 99 defence train on kalphite gaurdians or kalphite queen, i prefer queen, more xp and better drops, such as d legs, d plate, d chain... i will tell you wut food,items in invo u need to fight these monsters...
Rock crabs, have some food if your a low level, if i fight them they will constantly hit 0's if u low level get food like sharks, and potions like super str pots, super att pots, and super def pots
hill giants, have some food with you if ur about lvl 30-50 , just incase
and super pots... if i fight them they will constantly hit 0's highest about 3?
barrows, have some food (REALLY IMPORTANT GET FOOD) SHARKS OR MANTA'S AND SUPER STR POTS AND PRAYER POTS, AND SUPER DEF POTS, AND SUPER ATTK, the rest of invo either sharks or manta's
Green dragons, get sharks manta's and super pots, 1 pray pot, 1 str pot, 1 super att pot, and 1 super def!!! THE REST FOOD!! dont use shrimps or lobbies, theyre bad use sharks or manta's!! WATCH OUT FOR PKERS AGAIN!!! (IMPORTANT HAVE A DFS OR AN ANTI DRAGON SHIELD!!!
Kalphite gaurdians - queen, ok for this you need atleast 40 pray to protect agaisnt range for queen, queen hits range and melee, use range protect always , and super pots, and the rest of invo food. for gaurdians, they dont really hit alot, and highest hit agaisnt me is 10 or 11. just use super pots and food...
Armour and Weapons to use, in my opinion stat hammer is best to train all combat skillz with and armour , use barrow armour or dragon armour, i prefer dragon armour, goodluck
